|Recommended: YesThe Best Apartments in Arlington — Siena Park is by far the best apartment complex in Arlington. They are located one mile from the United States Air Force Memorial, less than two miles from the Pentagon, and less than four miles from the National Mall. There is a Neighbor Lounge, which contains a full-sized billiard table, large televisions, a Wii, as well as a wide variety of games. There's a state-of-the-art fitness center and a beautiful swimming pool. There are two gas stations nearby. There's a Giant food store, Starbucks, Dominos and many other stores near the complex. There is rooftop access, which has high guardrails to protect children and animals. On the roof, there are lounge chairs, grills, and tables. The units have central air air conditioning and the units are extremely modern and look very nice. I love it here and I highly recommend it.

|Recommended: NoMy housemates and I moved to Siena Park on Sep 1st, 2020. The building is surrounded by two loading docks, three parking garages, and there are several metal grates below the windows. Regardless of what time is 1 AM, 5 AM, 9 AM, … , there are lots of annoying noises in the area. These noises could be from the trucks delivering grocery products for Giant, garbage trucks picking up dumpsters, workers working for different stores, and cars passing through the drain grates this last one is the worst among all .
At least two or three times every single night, I wake up from these noises. This noisy environment disrupts the quality of our sleep and has a detrimental effect on our health.
The windows and walls are not soundproof enough. Considering the building is in such a noisy neighborhood, high-tech soundproof windows are required.
We contacted Siena Park Resident Manager several times and brought up this issue, but we still have not noticed any changes.
Hi Abedeh,
Thank you for leaving another review of your experience with us. I'm very sorry to hear you aren't happy still. Many of the complaints listed in your review are out of our control (loading dock noises, garbage trucks, cars), although Jeremy has attempted several times to try to find resolutions to your complaints unsuccessfully. He has been very diligent with looking into options to try to alleviate the sounds, and to hear you are still not satisfied is disheartening. The windows in your unit are actually insulated as I personally asked Jose our Lead Tech to verify, so their are not any other window alternatives - keep in mind Siena Park was built 11 years ago (initially to be condos) and Penrose Square (where a majority of your complaints originate from) was built after Siena Park was already built. To be completely transparent in this situation, in the history of Lincoln managing Siena Park, no complaints have been logged for your unit, so it is also something new we are working to try to help with. As I mentioned previously, please reach out to us, if we have viable solutions which are things we can control, we have no problem looking into them and possibly implementing them.
Thank you,
Sarah Bostic

|Recommended: YesSpecial Surprise — I moved in 9 days ago and my experience has been smooth and comfortable. The leasing office is incredibly responsive and professional. I had to put in a few maintenance requests upon moving in and they were fulfilled the day of my request. My apartment is comfortable, convenient and already feels like home.
HI Jill!
Thank you so much for your review, and welcome home!

|Recommended: YesExceptional Quiet Gem — My experience is nothing short of outstanding and I can be pretty critical on the customer service front being from SC I actually found this property when I was touring another in Arlington last year. It's not heavily marketed, but truly a quiet gem. I don't have issues with parking availability whether I leave early or arrive late 7 days a week The complex is gently used and very well taken care of and honestly, you really can't tell the difference because the construction quality is so much better than some of these newer facilities who have paper weight walls where you can hear your neighbor's phone ringing, dogs barking and children running up and down the halls. There are no bugs rodents to report in any capacity, I never even saw one outside. Sometimes, you might see a knat, which isn't larger than the size of a pencil eraser, but only in the summer time and they're not prevalent or widespread, very few and far in between. The walkability is absolutely amazing in any direction and I think the residents are mature because there's no partying 1AM in the morning or drunken patrons anywhere inside or outside the building, extremely clean facility. I never saw Arlington police visit the building, never and the residents are fairly nice for this region. I haven't had anything major to break down except the fridge and the turnaround time to replace was less than a week, I could hardly believe it and totally grateful because I was concerned about meats and ice cream being ruined. I've lived enough places in the US and can truly say the maintenance staff here is wonderful-- they are so respectful of your home and respond timely to requests whether big or small. The property staff is likewise awesome, especially for northern VA. They actually care about the residents instead of being a graveyard that sucks in your rent payments, they are really good Sometimes, I get really busy with work and ask for help on menial tasks because it helps me and they never complain, they just help and I am really grateful about that. Overall compared to other apartments in this region and other places I've lived in the US, I would give it a grade of 95 just because no one walks on water, but compared to other properties, Siena Park comes pretty close I don't have plans to move in the next 3 months, but if I do, it will only be because I am purchasing a house for an expanded family. I highly recommend

|Recommended: YesClean, good location, good amenities, great staff — The gym rats dropping their weights in the ground floor tenant reverberates through the building. You can hear other random noises - any construction in the building sucks. But you don't hear your neighbors. The rooms with large windows are either freezing cold or blazing hot. But overall, I really like living here and the staff are great.
Hi Sarah (Great name!!)
We totally understand about the noise from the construction, the upside is once this is complete the building will be 100% full with our retail spaces so it will be no more! As for the patrons of the gym, we can speak to the manager about reminding them homes exist above them, he's been great so far to work with alleviating issues as they arise. We're glad you are happy and part of our Siena Park family!
Thanks for taking the time to share your review with us!
