Are any utilities included?

Residents are responsible for electric, water/sewer, cable/internet and parking.  Electric is setup thru Dominion Electric. Cable/internet is available thru Verizon or Xfinity. Water/sewer are billed based upon your usage monthly. Parking is $100 per vehicle (payable to the parking management SP Parking).

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes. You must have a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage per policy.  Each policy is required to have Siena Park listed as additional interest.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes! We love pets! We require the following if you are planning to bring your furbaby or planning to add a furrever member to your family!

-$400 non-refundable pet fee 
-$45 monthly fee for cats
-$55 monthly fee for dogs
​-maximum of two pets per home

How much notice do you require?

We require a 60 day notice from all residents wishing to vacate.  Roughly 90 days before your lease expires we will send a renewal offer letter with your options for a new lease term.
 

How far out is your availability?

We typically work with roughly 60 days notice from today.  Anything further out may not be known until the current resident provides notice.
You can sign up for alerts in our portal if you are interested in a particular layout.

What are the concierge hours?

Our concierge desk is staffed from 9am - 9pm Monday - Friday + 9am - 5pm Saturday - Sunday.

Is maintenance available 24 hours?

Yes! Our maintenance team is available Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm. If you have a maintenance emergency after hours, we ask that you please call the on call line at 703.861.9784.
